Hi, I’m Holly Morgan — winemaker, vineyard manager, and someone who’s spent the last 10 years at Daws Hill Vineyard doing pretty much everything from pruning to pressing to pouring. After a decade in the vines, I realised something: people love English wine… they just don’t always get the chance to taste it properly.

So, I created The Tasting Table — my side-line passion project that lets me take the magic of the Chilterns straight to you. No winery visit needed, no confusing wine talk, no pretence. Just brilliant local bottles, great food pairings, and a really good time.

I work with small, talented producers from across the region and build relaxed, story-filled tastings that feel more like hanging out with friends than sitting through a class. Think of it as the vineyard… but portable.
