What better way to start thinking about Christmas than an evening trying different sparkling wines, all while supporting a great cause?
On Thursday 26th November, 6.30–8.30pm, at The Grange, Wycombe Road, Princes Risborough HP27 9NS, I'll guide you through the fascinating world of English sparkling wine. Think all sparkling wine is made the same? Think again!
We'll taste a Pét-Nat, Col Fondo, Traditional Method, Charmat and carbonated sparkling wine, and look at how each production method shapes the wine, the bubbles and the flavour.
Nibbles are included, with the option to add a cheese board. Bottles will also be available to buy or order on the night, in time for Christmas.
Raise a glass to Christmas and support the wonderful work of Hearing Dogs at the same time. Over 18s only. Free parking.
