Join me for a festive journey through the season in five English wines.

On Thursday 12th November at 7pm, I'm taking over the cosy Bird in Hand in Princes Risborough for Christmas Through Wine.

We'll start on Christmas Eve with a warming mulled wine and a mince pie, pop something light and bubbly for Christmas morning, then find the perfect glass for the turkey and the beef. We'll finish with a really special fizz to see in the New Year.

Every wine comes with a festive bite to match, and a story or two about the vineyards and the people who make them, many of them right here in the Chilterns.

Your ticket includes:

  • Five English wines for five festive moments

  • A festive bite with every wine

  • The stories behind each bottle, from winemaker Holly Morgan of Daws Hill Vineyard

  • A relaxed, sociable evening that is not remotely stuffy
